The SOLY BLQ series 3D adjustable hydraulic cylinders feature high load capacity and flexible adjustment to suit actual working conditions. The rated load of a single cylinder ranges from 50 tons to 1,000 tons, enabling synchronous adjustment along the X, Y and Z axes. It delivers superior positioning accuracy with a positioning error within 1 millimeter. Equipped with a touch screen, the control system boasts a concise human-machine interface for simple, efficient operation. The cylinder is easy to assemble and disassemble, greatly reducing construction difficulties during high-altitude and offshore operations. Its hydraulic control system supports both manual and electric operation modes, adapting to a wide range of working environments. Integrating hydraulic, mechanical, computer control and electrical technologies, this equipment operates based on a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Firstly, adjustment parameters of controlled targets are input into the computer program, which then sends commands to the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump distributes commands to each 3D adjustable cylinder to realize synchronous operation of multiple cylinders. Meanwhile, sensors feed real-time operating status back to the PLC. After data calculation, the main unit issues new adjustment commands to form a closed-loop control system.
